PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Leadership Blueprint Academy is a 6-month coaching program designed to support leaders in re-igniting their spark, stepping up, and enhancing their leadership skills.

INCLUSIONS

The program includes the following:

- Access unlimited Slack communication with the programme coaches during the 6-months within the container.

PAYMENT
To access the Leadership Blueprint Academy, you agree to pay the total investment of £1,595 for 6 months. Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Pay in full today and save 10% (£1,595) via credit/debit card or bank deposit.
- Monthly payment plan of £299, totalling £1,794, payable via credit/debit card.

Please note that if you choose the payment plan option, you are committed to paying the total amount for all 6 months, even if you decide to discontinue your participation before the end of the 6-month period.

14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our programme. If, within 14 days of purchase, you find that the Leadership Blueprint Academy does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund. Simply submit your coursework within the 14-day period, and we will return your investment in full, no questions asked.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Leadership Blueprint Academy does not allow for cancellations outside of the 14-day Guarantee period. Once you enrol, make payment, and exceed these first 14 days, you are committed to the full 6-month programme.

Refunds are not provided for any portion of the programme, including unused months or services. If you decide at any point to no longer participate in the Leadership Blueprint Academy, you do so with complete awareness that you will not receive compensation or a refund in any amount.

We encourage you to consider your commitment before enrolling in the Leadership Blueprint Academy and make a decision within the first 14 days.

COACHING SESSIONS (for Academy Member Plus 1:1 Coaching ONLY)
You will have the opportunity to participate in 6x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with a results coach, scheduled approximately fortnightly to monthly. This is likely to be Chloe Temple, but we reserve the right to review who will be your coach at any time. During this coaching container, you can communicate via Slack, email or WhatsApp for wins, problems, and questions during the coaching period.

CONFIDENTIALITY
To ensure the protection of Popprovides Ltd's intellectual property and maintain confidentiality, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following terms:

- Confidentiality Obligations: I agree not to disclose or communicate any information about Popprovides Ltd's practice, materials, fees, or methods to any third parties without prior written permission, unless otherwise approved and agreed upon.

- Ownership of Content: I understand that all course materials, resources, and content provided by Popprovides Ltd as part of the Leadership Blueprint Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright laws. I agree not to give, distribute, or share any content from Popprovides Ltd's system or any other original content to other parties without prior written permission, unless otherwise approved and agreed upon.
- Client Confidentiality: Popprovides Ltd acknowledges that Chloe Temple and other representatives of Popprovides Ltd may obtain confidential personal information from the Client during the coaching program. Popprovides Ltd agrees to keep such information confidential and not to disclose or use it without the Client's prior consent.
- Respect for Participant Confidentiality: I agree to honor the sanctity and confidentiality of the coaching program. I will not disclose any confidential personal information about other participants that may arise during the course of the program. I will maintain such confidentiality indefinitely.

By enrolling in the Leadership Blueprint Academy, you agree to respect the confidentiality and ownership rights outlined above. We appreciate your commitment to maintaining the privacy and integrity of our program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, resources, and content provided as part of the Leadership Blueprint Academy are the intellectual property of Popprovides Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials or content without prior written permission from Popprovides Ltd.

DISCLAIMER & INDEMNITY
- No Professional Advice: Popprovides Ltd does not profess to give any form of advice. I, as the Client, acknowledge that the coaching program is not intended to provide professional advice in any area, including but not limited to personal, financial, or physical matters. I understand that any decisions or actions taken are my own responsibility.
- Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for all choices, decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after the Coaching Programme. I understand that the success and outcomes of the coaching program depend on my personal commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.
- Indemnity: I hereby waive and forever release any claims against Popprovides Ltd, including its heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, from any liability arising from my choices, decisions, actions, and results. I agree to indemnify and hold Popprovides Ltd harmless from any financial loss, physical harm, or other consequences resulting from my participation in the Coaching Programme.

It is important to recognize that the coaching program is not a substitute for professional advice, and any decisions or actions should be based on careful consideration and consultation with the appropriate professionals in the relevant fields.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Popprovides Ltd and Chloe Temple shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Leadership Blueprint Academy. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by you for the coaching program.
